Passing through the National Park of the Madonie on our way to Castelbuono, we will stop at the 17th century church at the Santuario di Gibilmanna to take in the panoramic view. We will continue southeast to Castelbuono a town which grew around the castle built by the Ventimiglia family in 1316.
     Free time to explore the castle, museum and chapel dedicated to the local saint Anne. Sample the local products, such as torrone, liquors, ice cream and sweets made with manna.
     Typical Sicilian lunch at a farm.
